Squats

It was a very busy week end and I didn't get a chance to enter my training on Friday.

Light Stretching and Leg Swings.
Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/8 reps/225lbs.

I wanted to deload a bit. I was also scheduled to leave for a competition in Brandon @1100hrs. Not competing, judging. A good training day during a tight schedule.
