I went into today's training not really sure what I wanted to do. As the work out progressed so did the weight. Fun day of Squats.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Squats 3 sets/6, 8, 10 reps/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/3 reps/405lbs, 2 sets/3, 2 reps/455lbs, 315lbs/6 reps.
Awesome work out! My form was excellent. If pushed I could have added at least one more rep to all my sets. 455lbs/3 reps ties a PB with that weight. Feeling good.
