After the last heavy work outs today I wanted some volume. My training enjoyed the extra volume.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/245lbs, 4 sets/12 reps/255lbs.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 35lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/42.5lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/47.5lbs.
Feeling great and the weights are moving well.
