Day 19 of 21

Today was deadlift day and what a day it was. Check it out.

Squats - 3 sets, 3 reps, 275lbs.
Bench Press - 5 sets, 4 reps, 205lbs.
Deadlifts - 405lbs/single, 550lbs/single, 530lbs/fail, 495lbs/single.

I'm still pumped up!
