Running and Bench

Lets not waste time.

0615hrs Jogging - 8 min, Walking 2 min.

Bench Press - 6 sets, 6 reps, 195lbs. 275lbs for a double.
Dips - 6 reps, 5 reps, 4 reps.

The bench presses felt awsome! My technique is getting much better and I'm much more solid on the bench. I know most of you will laugh at my pitiful 8 minute jog. When you weigh almost 300lbs try it then give me a call. It should get easier as the days go by.
